STANDARD STUDIO

Standard Studios, studios with an area up to 26 square meters, can accommodate up to 2 people and are located mostly on the ground floor with independent access from the outside; they consist of a single living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with XL shower and natural or organic toiletries.

APARTMENT EQUIPMENT

  • double bed 180x200 or separate single beds 90x200 (on request)

  • mattress height 27 cm – topper 2-3 cm

  • Personalized beach towels for our solarium-wellness area and the beach available on a rental basis at reception

  • clothesline

  • kitchen with fridge, induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery and glasses

  • coffee maker with coffee capsules and tea and herbal tea bags as a welcome along with a pack of oil, vinegar, salt and pepper

  • electronic safe - hairdryer - 50” smart TV

  • touch screen panel for home automation management of lights, temperature and roller shutters

  • super fast wifi

  • small dogs allowed at an extra cost of €15.00 per day including a nice welcome gift

  • bathrooms also equipped for people with disabilities

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY

  • For short stays of up to 3 nights, the cleaning of each apartment (excluding the kitchen) is carried out daily together with only the rearrangement of the sleeping area, without any change of linen

  • For medium-long stays starting from a minimum of 4 nights, the cleaning of each apartment (excluding the kitchen) is carried out every 3 days while the linen (beds and bathroom) is changed once a week

KITCHEN USE AND CLEANING

Inside your apartment you will find a kit of products useful for the daily tidying of the kitchen only and for the use of the dishwasher, which will be at your care during the entire stay. At the end of the stay there is no additional cost for cleaning the kitchen (to be taken care of by our Staff).
