SUITE DELUXE BALCONY

The Suites Deluxe Balcony offer the best possible accommodation solution, a fantastic location within our building, large spaces with an area of up to 50 square meters and beautiful balconies with table and chairs to enjoy the sea air and city views; they can comfortably accommodate 4 people and consist of two or three separate rooms (subject to availability) between the living area (living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen) and sleeping area (1 or 2 double bedrooms), private bathroom with XL shower, natural or organic toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and body cream.

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY

  • For short stays of up to 3 nights, the cleaning of each apartment (excluding the kitchen) is carried out daily together with only the rearrangement of the sleeping area, without any change of linen

  • For medium-long stays starting from a minimum of 4 nights, the cleaning of each apartment (excluding the kitchen) is carried out every 3 days while the linen (beds and bathroom) is changed once a week

KITCHEN USE AND CLEANING

Inside your apartment you will find a kit of products useful for the daily tidying of the kitchen only and for the use of the dishwasher, which will be at your care during the entire stay. At the end of the stay there is no additional cost for cleaning the kitchen (to be taken care of by our Staff).
