Smart Studios, studios with an area of 19 square meters, can accommodate up to 2 people; composed of a single living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen, the private bathroom with XL shower and natural or organic toiletries.

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY

For short stays of up to 3 nights, the cleaning of each apartment (excluding the kitchen) is carried out daily together with only the rearrangement of the sleeping area, without any change of linen
For medium-long stays starting from a minimum of 4 nights, the cleaning of each apartment (excluding the kitchen) is carried out every 3 days while the linen (beds and bathroom) is changed once a week

KITCHEN USE AND CLEANING

Full use of the kitchen, to be requested at the time of booking or at check-in, includes a final cleaning fee; guests will receive a kit of products for daily kitchen cleaning and use of the dishwasher.
